| Je vais voir ce que je peux faire pour le bokken, le bo et le jo.
EDIT: toujours à partir du site de Pittsburgh, les kamae pour le bo
        
1 - chudan no kamae
2 - gedan no kamae
3 - jodan no kamae
4 - seigan no kamae
5 - heito no kamae
6 - ihen no kamae
7 - tenchi no kamae
8 - hira ichimonji no kamae (de face)
9 - hira ichimonji no kamae (côté)
